Shipping Information
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia (metro areas).
Orders under $120 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery taking 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: deliveries to remote and regional areas may attract a small surcharge.
Product Returns
We want you to love your Ginger Acre products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
