How to Use:
Bath soak: Dissolve one pack in 38–40°C warm water, soak for 15–20 minutes.

Hot compress: Dissolve in hot water, soak a towel, and apply to shoulders, neck, or joints for 10 minutes.
Body cleansing: Add to warm water, soak a towel, and wipe the body—especially recommended for postpartum daily care.
